Obituary of Anita Bolin

Mrs. Anita Bolin, age 87 a resident of Polk City passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at her home surrounded by family. Mrs. Bolin was born October 20, 1933 in Hinzweiler, Germany to Oscar and Alma (Joung) Forsch. She was a Polk County resident since 1974 coming from Maryland. She was a homemaker and attended First Baptist Church of Polk City. Anita enjoyed reading, cooking, feeding the birds & squirrels that came in her yard, crocheting and especially loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband – Dennis Elwood Bolin and 2 sisters – Annelies & Margot. Anita is survived by her loving family, 3 sons – Ronald (Wendy) Bolin and Christopher (Lorri) Bolin both of Auburndale and Brian (Kristie) Bolin of Winter Haven; 3 daughters – Deborah (Buddy) Banniza, Sandra (Mike) Langford and Tammy Dailey all of Auburndale; sister – Lola Chapman of Lake Alfred; 10 grandchildren – Denise, Audrey, Jacob, Lindsey, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Meagan, Marissa, Erielle & Trentene and 14 great grandchildren – David, Brianna, Savannah, Hunter, Kinley, Kallie, Macie, Kamryn, Taylor, Payton, Luke, Karleigh, Harlow & Harper. Funeral service will be 10:00 am Tuesday, January 26th at Kersey Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
